PRICING & POLICIES
Planning & Coordination Fee
Covers consultations, detailed email guidance, schedule creation, and full communication with your planner or vendors.
Team Management Fee
Applied when I organize and supervise additional artists for larger bridal parties (typically €300–€500 depending on team size and duration).
Family & Bridal Party Add-Ons
Priced per person, including skin prep, makeup, light hair styling, and touch-up coordination.
Travel & Early Call Fees
Applied only when travel outside the main city area or start times before 7 AM are required.
Deposit & Booking
A non-refundable retainer secures your dates. Remaining balance is due prior to the event day.
Cancellations / Postponements
Transferable within the same calendar year (subject to availability).

💄 Bridal Hair & Makeup Trial – Indian Wedding 2026
Trial Packages:
1. Single Look Trial – €450–€500
• Up to 3–4 hours
• Create and test your main bridal look in advance
• Includes hair & makeup, consultation on jewelry and outfit coordination
• At studio or your location (travel expenses may apply)
2. Double Look Trial – €550–€700
• Up to 4–5 hours
• Perfect for brides who want to preview two looks (e.g., Sangeeth + Ceremony or Haldi + Ceremony)
• Includes hair & makeup, full styling consultation, accessory coordination
• At studio or your location (travel expenses may apply)
Notes:
• Travel costs added if trial location is outside Barcelona or requires special transport.
• Trial is highly recommended for Indian brides to ensure flawless results on each wedding day.

Usually includes 2 artists (hair & makeup) for post-ceremony or photoshoot touch-ups.
🚕 Travel & Early Start Fees
• Travel within 10 km of Barcelona – included
• €1.5/km beyond this radius
• For events in Barcelona, Sitges, or nearby areas where early transport (before 7:00 a.m.) is required and public trains are unavailable, taxi costs will be added.
• Early start fee: +€100 per artist (for call times before 7:00 a.m.)
• Accommodation & travel for the team must be covered by the client for multi-day or early-morning bookings.
• Minimum 5 services/day for locations 100 km+ away.
📩 Booking & Terms
To secure your wedding dates, a €200 non-refundable deposit per event day is required.
All prices exclude VAT (21%).
All email communication is considered a contract.
💰 Payment Policy for Guest & Family Styling
If a styling team for guests or family members is required, all services must be prepaid prior to the bridal services.
The bride will collect and transfer the total amount to Nikoleta Makeup & Styling before the team starts working,
to avoid any last-minute cancellations or unpaid bookings on the event day.
This ensures smooth timing, proper team organization, and a stress-free experience for the bride.
